Select Your Floor Plan

During your consultation with our modular specialist, you’ll be shown multiple decor packages, allowing you to design a fully customized home from the inside out. Sign Your Modular Home Contract
The contractual process involves a preliminary step where we map out the build. Once all relevant inspections, plot plans, floor plans, and reviews are completed, we prepare the final contracts. When these are signed, the green light is given to officially begin the building process.
